French-speaking customer supporter with technical interest

Aduro develops, manufactures and markets modern wood-burning, pellet and hybrid stoves on the international market. We are one of the largest wood-burning stove manufacturers in Europe and we continue to grow. What’s the job about?
We are looking for an energetic French-speaking customer supporter. On a daily basis, you must juggle between the following tasks:
- Answering customer inquiries from primarily installers and dealers by phone and email
- Processing after sales cases (product related issues or questions)
- Processing orders and return orders
- Assisting our external sales team
In the position as a customer supporter, you have many daily deadlines - also across the different departments. It is therefore an advantage if you are outgoing and independently seek out solutions. In return, you have a large team around you that will always help and support you. So, bring your curiosity and willingness to learn, and we'll take care of the rest!
Do you fit this profile?
You have a strong sense of service, a high level of personal and professional drive and the desire to become a true wood-burning stove geek. Your educational background is not crucial, but your personal profile is. To fit this profile, it is therefore essential that you:
- Speak and write fluent French (maybe French is even your native language?).
- Speak and write English at a basic level (corporate language).
- Are curious and have both technical understanding and interest.
- Have experience working in different systems (maybe you already know Microsoft CRM or BC365).
- Have a good sense of propriety, can read the customer's needs, and adapt your communication accordingly.

You will be working in our head office in Hasselager just outside of Aarhus. We count approx. 40 employees divided into six departments. We are a mixed group of young and old, men and women, and many different nationalities. We are good at helping each other with our different competencies - also across disciplines and departments.
We regularly arrange social events for those who have the time and desire, and we would love it if you would join in with what YOU think is fun.
We reside at Beringvej 17, 8361 Hasselager in a green area close by the E45 freeway and with direct bus connections to Aarhus and Skanderborg.

Good to know
The job is full-time (physical attendance) with working hours from Monday-Thursday 8-16 and Friday 8-15:30.
